I am a product of our education. Sadly, I did not pick up
Mandarin. Wow, for someone that does not have any official Chinese education, you certainly can write well.

Clef : My cantonese also simply hentam one! The waiters always go crazy when taking my food order. LOL
Of course I do... :-( i need all these banana language to speak to my mom outlaw and her entire clan. She don't do english.... Damn. :-(
Same here, pete. Everytime I also end up speaking some 'engurish' with those waiter. Adeiihhh!

all : hey! looks like our "gang" are all siang chiou ren (banana poeple)...hahaha. I can converse in cantonese, but have to watch our for the pronounciation. as for mandarin, i'm having tuition with my wife. you should see the rotan marks on my legs...hehehe.
